    3rd Party Billing Company With Upsales

    I am in need of a 3rd party billing company that will allow
    celebrity content and has the capability of upsells. I thought
    Epoch was the one but they wanted a $750 visa fee. What
    are some of my other options? Anyone know anything about
    netbilling or jettis? They both seem to offer this.

      neither netbilling or jettis are third party processors.
      I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

          Correct. We only process for merchant with their own merchant account.
