The incident did serve to remind me again how devious women are to each other when it comes to ex's. I'm not saying all guys are this way, but for the most part a guy will stay away from his buddy's ex. I know out of respect to my friendship I won't have anything to do with with a friend's ex, and I like to believe my close friends extend me the same courtesy.

Women, on the other hand, take the bloody chum in the water approach when it comes to their friend's ex. We used to hang out at a lot of goth clubs back then, and the week after the break up I went to one of the clubs we frequented alone and was promptly swarmed by several of her "friends" that went on to tell me how bad she was for me, I deserved better, what am I doing later, etc etc etc.

This friend of mine who is a really nice guy, is in incredible shape physically, and is the most bad-ass martial artist on the fucking planet, was supposedly happily married to this girl. Her parents came to visit, stayed in the house for a long weekend, everyone seemed to have a great time and get along -ate meals together, etc. Tuesday morning he went to work, came home that night, the house was EMPTY and she was gone. No note, no nothing.

Now, THATs fucked up.

She got in touch later for the divorce. Just freaked out and couldn't be married or something. Not sure why? Moved back to Europe.

She is back so i will keep last night just between us...
