Designers: What do you charge for DVD box covers?
On average what do you charge for:
- DVD/CD box covers. Just front? Front/Back? Front/Back/DVD Face/Inserts? - Event flyers/posters?

It's not actual numbers and it was Germany but if I remember well they charged something like 250 EUR which is like 370 USD now.
Speaking about a top experienced company with many succesfull titles - cover sells the DVD.
