so long as she knows where the affiliate tools are, and can readily fall back on you for tough questions, she's already got 75% of the afiliate managers i've dealt with matched or beaten. it's not like it's an overly complicated job, from what i can tell with a little bit of training, it's nothing your average secretary couldn't handle. why not go for the hot chick that will get horny webmasters interested in working with your program? fuck it. i'm sure if she has any work ethic at all, she'll have her job figured out in no time...

I believe that your ratios would depend on your actions and decisions as a webmaster. I do not think that anyone can just grab any old hosted gallery and all of a sudden have great ratios. Success in any business requires creative thinking and lots of hard work behind it. I do not think any affiliate manager can create success for a single webmaster. But what an affiliate manager can do is get you what you need quickly... ie passes, tools, and specific content. Affiliate managers also manage the affiliate base. There are a lot of aspects to an affiliate manager... some of which I will not disclose because there is competition amongst us

She won't! You will have to do that yourself... I will produce the unique, fresh, and sellable content. She will let you know about it as SOON as it is published... and YOU will decide whether or not that specific content will help your ratios, if your traffic would buy it, ETC. If affiliate managers made us money then whey in the heck are we producing content? we can all just get affiliate managers and make a killing!

Content is what sells and makes money. Decisions and wisdom give us the power to make money... and Affiliate Managers MANAGE the base of AFFILIATES and communicate with them so that the AFFILIATES are informed of NEW CONTENT.

If someone told me how to get better ratios I would tell them to go fuck themselves... I can manage my traffic and the content that I promote just fine. I would never want an affiliate manager to tell me or suggest to me how to sell content. What is next? Just ask the paysite producers for money without doing anything at all? Yeah here ya go Jim... here is a 100 bucks for shits and giggles... and here you go Sammy... you go ahead and take 300 bucks just cuz your ratios suck.
