Any good recommendations close to an ocean perhaps like newport, laguna beach etc? I can't seem to find one that has a hotel as well so a couples can sleep at night after the full day....

Are you wanting a male massage therapist in specific?

This depends on your budget, but seeing you mentioned a spa and hotel, the St. Regis is likely one of the best in the country, not just Orange County.

I mean, St. Regis is end-all-be-all.

                  But it is very costly.
