I cant outright accuse anyone obviously because I dont have any proof, but when you go from 30 sales/day to 12 sales/day I'm sure there is something fishy going on.
If you mess with my sales, i redirect the traffic elsewhere and you lose me as an affiliate altogether

Saying that it's shaving is a pretty bold assumption given how many variables affect sales. You know what they say when you assume....

We use Verotel so we cant shave, but we can go from 50 sales a day to 15 for a couple of days then back to 50 then back to 15. It's just the way it is, I would hate to think an affiliate would stop sending us traffic when we arent shaving...
I think everyone changes sponsors these days when stats get weird.
Or am I the only one?
All I know is when a sponsor is changed stats do different things most often in the positive direction.
Could be any number of things but that is the number one fixer making me forget the hows and why's or if's.
However some sponsor programs are constant, unchanging and thats cool to just a little refresh on ad's and done.

Yeah right with traffic leak anyone can shave no matter with kind of payment proccessor / affiliate program
