What does that mean? For every signup the reffered webmaster makes? Or is that a 1 time 5$ payout PER webmaster

It is only $5.00 per at the moment because our signups are so front loaded with payouts, we pay $5.00 more than the competition.

We do have a major push coming up within the week to increase even more money to you
