Does anybody know if Nochex sends out postal orders?

My Daughter sold her mobile phone to somebody in The USA on Ebay and they want her to send it to "Nigeria", My daughter said that she would only send the phone once she had recieved the money. Now today she gets an email from supposedly NOCHEX saying that they want the tracking number for the phone then they will send the postal order out. This really does not sound right to me and I did not think that Nochex sent out postal orders. Plus the fact that they offered her way over the asking price to send it to Nigeria. I think she is being scammed what do you think.

at the very least use google, i'm guessing include the words nigeria and scam and you'll have plenty to look at

I have contacted NOCHEX and it is a scam I have also told my daughter to report the guy on on ebay..
