If someone tells me he's interested I just give him a link to cozy and tell him to RTFM. I did that once and never heard back from the person about that subject.

Yeah, I had a few friends who wanted in....most of them couldn't handle sitting in front of a computer for more than two hours.

I told them before they can be a true adult webmaster, they must quit their mainstream job, don't follow any schedule, stay up past 4:00am, wake up naturally, must be able to at least handle sitting in front of the computer for 5 hours straight in their underwear, must be able to get the latest news on any topic, be able to drink and work, etc... this list is bigger...keep adding...

I give them a set of links. I tell them to read through all of them, and once they are done. I will ask them about the info. If they can answer my questions, I will help them (for free).
