yah i have a big HD set too. a lot of the discovery stuff is on HD, so is HBO HD. the only stuff not on HD is the network stuff like kitchen nightmares and hells kitchen and tmz, la ink, etc.

Oh. That's a good use. I used to use BBC America (until the really obnoxious shit came on), and CourtTV for that, years and years ago.

All of the TV shows I loved are now on DVD so I can just pop them in. I don't really have a use for a TiVo.
