Monday afternoon I call Lisa Ann of Clear Talent Management.

Lisa: "Joe?s an agent?s nightmare. He booked eight people last Friday to do handjobs. It?s a calamity of a day. You ask eight porn people to be somewhere at a certain time, obviously it?s not going to happen. Some of the people were late.

"Today one of my girls had a shoot over there. He told her, "It?s cancelled. I?m no longer doing business with Lisa?s agency because the girls were late.?

"Two people were late.

"He was yelling at me last Friday. ?Why don?t you control your girls?? Well, one of the girls who was late has never been late before.

"The shout-out I?d like to give to Joe is: ?My girls can not possibly be any later than his checks.?

"I?m not the only agency he owes money to."

I only Breezed over your stories about joe and dennis for ama but I am sure the bad things said are right! Joe and Dennis have fucked me by saling content they never paid me for they also will make cut in there filming or "redue" pick ups saying the one pick up was "bad" one shoot took 12hr. for a ganzo! I later found out they produced 2 movies that day!!! Not only that but they took stills there are now selling on there site for way to much and NEVER paid me these stills were supose to be for three films he told me he would be filming but after stills for all three films he told me he would have to film the rest another day AMA is the skum of the earth as for his to wifes....I use to be in the drug seen (I have been sober for 2months!) the addition his lovers suffer are not a sex addition. LADIES AVOID WORKING FOR AMA!!!!!!

Joe Ama - this guy reminds me of a pick pocket or some guy that sells
you a vcr on the street but when you get home and unwrap the nice
pakaging it is a box of rocks. He should be on every agents black list
and everyone else - get cash up front before you shoot or forget it he
will bail back to Las Vegas or Colorado He had me shoot in his
unpermitted location with no showers or bathrooms, negotiated with the
talent and gave me a list of stuff to shoot (little did I know he told
them only 1/2 of what was on my sheet) He then put the talent through a
grueling shoot. Shot 6 complete scenes with stills, video and acting
scenarios which I completed in record time with no brakes and no food or
water supplied by Ama Joe Many hours later the talent laughed when he
tried to blame me for taking too long. They complained that they did
twice what was agreed upon at the start of the shoot to no avail. He
just called the agent and tried shift blame and squirm out of paying
more, but I am sure the agent knew what was up or found out after
talking to the talent.
The talent loudly stated they would never work for him again and stormed
out after thanking me for being nice to them and assuring me it was not
my fault. Three weeks later he only paid me 1/3 of what we agreed apon
even though every single still was perfectly exposed and video was way
better than his "features" that were shot by the shakiest camera camera
I have scene and were certainly not capable of ataining over 2 stars
from avn I heard he has hired (set up scam) many camera people just to
get the talent cheap and keep them longer that agreed upon and blame it
on them (set up scam) I was going to call the labor board on him but
seemed like too much trouble, may still...
Agents - bear in mind any producer is responsible for his employees
actions.
Talent, industry professionals, suppliers and everyone else - Stay away
from this lying, cheating, rip off artist. Why spend so much time,
energy and effort trying to rip people off when if you treat them right
riches will come back to you tenfold?

Joe from AMA.......Burns Talent $500.00

Monday, August 22nd, 2005. Jessica Jammer was hired for a g/g set
at 12:00pm to shoot for AMA Video. She was told by AMA, payment can be
picked up on the 31st of August. It has been now 1 month later,
still NO PAYMENT! Details were that 3 girls were hired from me to
shoot that day and I was told that all checks would be available on
August 31, 2005, along with management fees. August 31, I go to AMA ,
7334 Topanga Canyon Rd, to collect all checks for the girls. Joe
proceeds to hand me one check for the total amount of 1,300. I asked
him why he was paying me in one check for 3 different girls and myself,
his response..... That is all I have in the budget . I replied
with that is not acceptable, as well as, this is not the original
agreement. So he paid the other two girls their agreed rates and
told me that he was going to contact his producer and myself and have a
meeting to discuss the issue. After several attempts to contact him,
he has refused to pay both Jessica and myself. He has also refused to
speak to either one of us. A total of 3 girls shot that day and 2
were paid, but not Jessica Jammer.

His response now is to contact his lawyer.

I was not going to post this at all, until after reading that he had
burned a producer on another occasion for location fee. I feel that by
bringing this issue to light, that not only will both of us possibly be
compensated as originally agreed upon, in addition there might be other
talent with similar stories.

BEWARE ALL TALENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Warning to all Talent and Home Owners, Joe at AMA Video has not paid for Location.

Back on 8/31 we rented out our location to Joe and he promised he would send the check the next day well it is 9/20 and we still have no check. He has told my assistant who handles this for me he sent it several times. I am warning talent and location people GET YOUR MONEY as soon as you are done dont fall for the check in the mail line like we did!! I know this is not related to porn performance but I felt that people should know the Directors that dont pay like they promise too!!!

Besides Joe was warned that if he didnt have some respect and class and make good on the money that I would post this because at this point it is no longer about the money!!

If anyone else has had trouble with this company please report to this site!!

I've done work with Joe and he paid cash in hand at time of the shoot... so that's my reference for anyone asking.
