    How to convert mainstream Polish traffic?

    All of a sudden one of my mainstream sites is seeing an influx of Polish traffic. I got over 50,000 uniques since last night. Any suggestions on converting this?
    Beat the shitty economy by becoming a loan shark.

              Send it to Polish Aristocrat's solo site. He does daily webcam shows and really interacts with his member base so sales should recur for a long time.

                  Well, I'd try google adwords, they serve ads in polish, don't they? Depends a bit on what kind of site it is, but maybe get a professional to translate the site/part of the site that gets most polish traffic, put up a flag and some links to your polish version or integrate it somehow.
