    SIRI and XM merger to go through?

    Its been a year and its still a waiting game with DOJ and FCC approving the merger to go through.


    I really dont understand why they would want to prevent it.

    The public is all for the idea... investors have agreed to it and the companies want the deal to go through.

    Its really pathetic in my openion.

      As a client of Sirius--- its the FCC and then NAB against Howard Stern.
      To get back at him for all the years.
      It will be approved soon....so just hang on

          The National Association of Broadcasters which represents terrestrial radio is lobbying hard to prevent it and the moneyed lobbies control politics in America.
