Have you any experience with this type? This is my first time doing the whole colon cleansing thing, so I'm kind of excited about it.

You can control when you take a shit for the most part, but I noticed that right after I ate I would be on the shitter 15-20 minutes later. I had the most success with oxypowder.com and aloeease.com. You have to remember that there is absolutely no scientific fact behind colon cleansing, and for the most part it is considered a pseudo science. It did make me feel better, and it was a useful tool in getting me back to my target weight..

Have you any experience with this type? This is my first time doing the whole colon cleansing thing, so I'm kind of excited about it.

I'm not familiar with that particular brand, but let me ask you this. Does is ask you to take anything else with it, like olive oil? The alternative medicine page on about.com has a good article about a few scam colon cleansing programs that have you take olive oil with them, which cause you to pass circular waste that actually has nothing to do with colon cleansing and is just the byproduct of the olive oil...

No, it doesn't say to take anything extra. It just says to take 1 pill the first night, then increase the dose by 1 pill each following night, until loose stool develops.

he colon cleanse as a means of removing 'body toxins' is pretty much a crock of shit. anyone who tells you that you can cure cancer or whatnot through a cleanse, needs to leanse themselves of the crack cocaine they've been smoking. however, there is a big buildup of random shit that does build up in your plumbing, which if you go through the effort of expelling, will make you feel alot better afterwards. less fatigue is a definite outcome i found. i never took cleansing pills. i just went on a fast. took some fiber pills to aid in making the odd bowel movement, and that was it. some of the nasty sludge you shit out of your body is ridiculous. and yes, you do feel a world better afterward for it.

anyone who runs around saying the cleanse thing is a quack idea hasn't tried it. no it is not the miracle cure for disease, yes it is a good way to reduce the load your body is carrying...

Well, Do nt take it regularly if its a laxative, otherwise you will become dependent on needing them.

Those colon cleanse pills that are laxitives can really fuck you up if you use em alot... you will have to use em forever if it gets bad

I love reading testimonials about this stuff and being shocked and awed by the pics.

My only concern is whether or not my toilet can handle it. No one in the testimonials says that they had problems flushing their enormous, long, ropey poops but maybe that's because they were so proud of them they turned them into a backyard sculpture garden.
