I think it's a shame that even in states where medical pot is legal, the feds can still waltz in and raid the whole place on a whim and still call it a "war". I'm sure people on chemotherapy are quite happy to be able to eat and not throw up, and maybe even get some sleep.

Maybe the next president will see reason and say it's ok for states to prescribe it and they wont raid them anymore when budget's run a bit low.
