I am hoping to tap into the 75 markets the clubs are in currently which i am hoping may have a couple of surfers. Everyone who leaves the clubs will get t free three day trial. 60,000 people pass through all of the clubs a week. Free passes for the buds......potential members on the way out.

If you've got that many clubs, you may be in good shape. It has to be enough to *seem* useful, at least. 75 markets sounds good.

Another question, though... Are you giving site members club passes, or club customers site trials? Or both? Because that sounds like a vicious cycle...

There are two types of club goers...the regulars (obviously)

and the couple times a year guy

The regulars are fewer tha the "hey lets go to the strip club wont that be fun guy"

The idea is to entice the guy who is a surfer but feels $10.00 is too much to pay for a cover. By allowing unlimited passes he can then bring along all the boys too.

The guys who leave the club thaty do not get a membership can now do a three day trial which just may convert the guy who has the membership will likely give the card to a friend.

The Deja Vu clubs are fully nude and are the largest chain in the world. The Hustler Clubs should do fine just due to name recognition.

I truly believe that the free passes will drive brick and mortar customers....and i believe the brick and mortar customers can be driven online.

Um... So, a guy goes to the club. He gets a free pass to your site. Then, he gets a free pass to the club, for going to your site. So, he goes back to the club.... Where he get another free pass.

When does the free trial convert?

once the credit card is used for age verification it cannot be used for a fre trial again.

remeber the play is to convert the guy who is not a regular for the online membership once he is member keep coming back for free with your entire neighborhood. More money for Lap dances. The two drink minimum is not waived.

I actually like the idea, devil's advocate aside. I wonder if I could work something like that out with Rhino... Hmmm...

Spearmint Rhino had paysites- they were a disaster. In fact i've never really seen a stripclub with a kickass paysite. it's two totally different business. Many have tried - usually setting up some rooms in the club where web surfers can do live videochat with dancers. Never works out - dancers can make more money doing dances and hate sitting in a room having to talk to idiots on a computer screen.

Live cams in clubs have been around for a long time, No. 5 Orange in Vancouver was the first, did it for a few years then shut it down. I've always been curious why they shut down the live feed - possibly the dancers made a stink about it.

Jhen this is not going to be a thing for you even with 75 clubs.

Stripclubs don't make for great websites.

I do not expect this to cybererotica or Karas........I do believe that by getting the branded name out there it can bring in more foot traffic to the clubs.

I am fortunate to have been around for a bit and we have some very good strtegic alliances that should at least increase the amoount of sign ups. As for the free passes........the more people that we can get to walk in the front door the better. Unfortunately i not at liberty to get into how the entire model will roll out over the next year i am quite confisdent that we will start turning better number than what we pulled last year. I certainly do not think this will hurt it can only help. Nobody is betting the farm on the site. It will not be a cam site or a a chat withthe girl site it will be a straight up big pornopolis with every feed we can fit in etc.

Your references are acurate and duely noted with past ventures but i am not them and they are not me and I have faith in the deals we have put in place.
