    potheads are funny - never before in the history of mankind have people bonded over a personal lifestyle habit like this.

      Before I started smoking more I never believed what a bonding thing it really is. But it really does bring people together and helps find a common ground way more then I ever used to think it did. Kinda odd and not sure totally why but there is something about lighting up with someone and finding that common kinship.

                      I believe it is a combination of things. First, you share a common interest (smoking). Second, you hang out together to smoke. Third, you share a stick (like the indians and their peace pipes way back when). It is perfectly normal for there to be a "brotherhood" developed between/among smokers. I don't smoke (anything) but I think pot being "illegal" is a fucking JOKE!

                                                                                      same with cocaine users too, there is a HUGE bond with cocaine users

                                                                                      the only difference is, cocaine and heroin are somewhat taboo, so finding others that share that bond is more difficult due to people not usually open to share their drug use when it is taboo drugs
