Need advice: where to place 2257 links on my blogs

I'm going to start up some blogs that will use promo content from sponsors. I could use some advice on how and where to place my 2257 statements. Here are the options I've seen so far:

    1. Include a statement on every page (in the footer) saying that I am not the producer of the content and 2257 info can be obtained by visiting the content providers site. The surfer would need to follow one of my links to a sponsors site and then look for the 2257 page.

    2. Create a separate page on my blog that has a list of all the sponsors I promote along with links to each of their 2257 pages.

    3. At the bottom of each post (after the pics) include a statement that says "All models are 18 years of age or older. For 2257 age verification information click here." and then include a direct link to the sponsors 2257 page.

Of the three options I think # 3 might be best but I'm concerned about including a link to a sponsors page that does not include my affiliate code. I prefer that any outbound link to a sponsor has my code, just to make sure I don't lose a sale. I'm assuming (perhaps incorrectly) that I can't include my referral code in a link to a 2257 page.

For this reason I'm leaning towards option 2.

What do you all think? Or is there a better option?

Just wanted to bump this in case people missed it. Would really be interested in how bloggers who use sponsor content handle 2257 statements.

All 3 of your options would be wrong. Don't rely on the words of others because they are more than likely wrong as well. I will only recommend that you speak with an attorney because, and this isn't a rip just some advice, it sounds like you are nowhere close to being compliant. There is far more to it than linking - and you don't even have that part correct.

Get a lawyer. All 3 are incorrect.

Thanks guys... I understand that questions like mine often beg the response of "get a lawyer"... but you gotta admit, that doesn't stop people from posting questions like this here at GFY!

However, just to clarify my original question, I am asking what other adult bloggers are doing in regards to 2257 statements for content they are getting from sponsors. I've visited many blogs and have seen all three of the options I listed, and also blogs that don't address 2257 at all. I'll certainly get a lawyer at some point but thought it would be interesting to hear from some veteran bloggers here at GFY. Maybe some of you have attended seminars or read articles where this question came up?

So if you currently run an adult blog with sponsor content, I'd be curious to know what kind of 2257 statement you include, or better yet, provide a link to your blog so we can all see it (and maybe boost your traffic?!).

If you don't have a blog or don't have an opinion there's no need to reply with the standard "get a lawyer" response since I think that's been covered.
