![]() If you have restless legs syndrome (RLS), you are not alone. Up to 10% of the U.S. population may have RLS. Many people have a mild form of the disorder, but RLS severely affects the lives of millions of individuals. Spend some time at our links to the left discovering how the RLS Foundation can help you in your own personal RLS journey.

I have hard to get out of bed in the morning sydrome, and foot smell disease, and nose picking complex, and irritable wife syndrome too. Add to this complacency, boredom, ADD, anxiety.. I even cough sometimes!
I need to get to the hospital NOW, I MAY BE DYING... Fuckin retarded. Life ain't a fucking box of chocolates. Learn how to deal with all your problems instead of blaming some disease or condition. It's called: Being Alive. |

I think it's been proven right now that as far as the pharmeceutical companies are concerned every thing that is not enjoyable is now a disease. People get depressed, the most likely causes include idiot bosses, not getting the promotion/raise you expected, your kids acting like fools, your partner not fucking you, running out of money, a dictator running the country... the list goes on and on. Things commonly referred to as life. These day's every one seems to be running for a pill or a liquid to "fix" them.
Not that I'm the biggest fan of excercise but 90% of the ailments that most people are on perscriptions for can be aleviated by walking around the block or doing some sit ups in your house. But wait, that's natural and we know you can't do any thing natural to solve a problem any more. If you could marijuana would be legalized. ![]() |

At one point I thought I was getting that nonsense. I would get these very odd feelings at time when I would try and sleep. I couldn't figure it out.
Actually this was the time I started working out... Anyways, once I started working out on the treadmill and getting the blood flowing it tended to stop for a period of time. I then started getting it a few months later, but I was still doing my couple of miles on the treadmill 5 days a week. So... I started thinking about what I had done recently that could be causing it. Both in diet, and drugs. Come to find out, I switched my allergy/sinus to Clariton-D from Bendryl, and I was taking it right before bed. I read up on this, and sure enough. That was the cause. So I stopped taking that, and my Tylenol before bed, and did it a few hours before. Tada. End of problem. ![]() |
