Look for a "tongue chainsaw." I'm not sure if that's the actual name of the device, but I've seen it in some Kinky Dollars promo movies for Fucking Machines. Instead of teeth, it has what appear to be rubber tongues.

I've tried "The Tongue Vibrator" that sells for $54. I can't say it's super amazing... I mean, it doesn't feel like a real tongue. However, it does have licking motions which can be pretty cool as a sensation mixed with vibrations.

However, take note that the toy comes with a huge page of warnings, including a "don't use for longer than 30 mins" warning. hehehe.
