Anyone have any experience in using them? How is their scrubbing, fraud and chargeback issues compared to the others ?

Not sure about them, as they don't seem to know the billing rules for adult. If you look at their fraud protction they talk about chargeback percentages.

You can't have above 2% chargebacks for Visa and 1% for Mastercard without getting TMF'd. Yet they talk about ratios even higher. The rates they use pertain to gaming. That right off the bat should worry you.

The other question I have is who are they?

If I were you, I would definitely want more answers, especially on what experience they have or don't have on adult, which is very different than gaming.

2 good rules for billing...work with the best and keep it simple.

are they the best?
are their terms and rates simple?

no need for gimmicks when all you really want is to get paid.
