When I was designing I used to have this problem all the time. I would ask for their best quality images at full resolution so that I could scale them down properly for tour and promotional use. I can't tell you how many times I got content like that to work with. If you have images like the only you posted you gotta at least try to cover up the flaws. I mean this is supposed to sell memberships man!
