That is a pretty stupid claim. GoDaddyt did not do it on a whim, and you can be sure that no matter who the registrar that paperwork involved would have forced any registrar to do the same thing.

I think it will cost you a few hundred to regain control of the domain. Take this as a lesson learned and move any of your other domains away from them. Go to Moniker.

That's why you should use a registrar whom does biz in Adult. With Moniker if you have a problem like this, you have a much better chance of getting it resolved quickly. Simply because you can hit up their rep on ICQ.

I have... Godaddy sucks that way and it's way too easy to have someone's domain suspended like that by making a BS report.

I don't think it will make the transfer any easier but I do notice a strong preference for names with Moniker making it into the auction vs. names that are at other registrars.
