That is the most rediculas shit I have ever heard said about a host. A good host should be on top of their game and not need to be traiined like a puppy to eventually have a good relationship with you and Maybe even solve your problems??...:1orglaugh Dude you cracked me up.:1orglaugh

They are not the cheapest, but they are not that expensive. Also REAL 24/7/365 support. All REALLY managed, they even install scripts for you etc etc.

Have a look at www.caro.net if you don't need fully managed. Good pricing, good network and a 24/7 NOC. There were some minor problems when I first ordered my server and they looked after me well.

I'm also with Webair and don't really have anything to complain about, although I notice their NL BGP advertisements have gone awry at least a few times. (Flap penalties = some parts of the net cannot reach my server for some time)

Personally I have had pretty good luck with Webair but I also am quite happy with ATCI Hosting. They have managed servers at a similar price to Webair. :thumbsup

I'll keep this thread bookmarked. I just started using Webair in November and my websites have gone down inexplicably three times in the past two weeks. Support gets them back up eventually, but no explanation for why it keeps happening. It's unfortunate.

I feel your pain. I have also had that problem. I am shopping around as well. Webair used to rock, but sadly they dont have the right people on board anymore.

I really need to add servage sucks to the list, cause not even dreamhost can beat them...

To be fair to Gerard and Webair they seem to have pulled their finger out at last, its a pity it took a post on GFY to get any attention. Gerard has always been very professional in his attitude, seems this one slipped by them all ?
