Actually, this is kind of cool. It's completely the WRONG way to write a Resume. Read this, job seekers!

As employer, I could care less about Interests. You can love to suck monkey balls while fucking monkeys in pink tents for all I care.

When I read a resume, I speed through to find what interests me most, which is: What can YOU, do for ME. How can YOU make my company MORE MONEY?

Your Mad Skillz should be FIRST on any Resume. Experience, Edumafication, boring interests and perverted hobbies can be last.

The very first line, "Objective", tells me, the potential employer, only what YOU want out of a job and life. Who cares? *I* am paying *YOU* to work *FOR ME*. The potential employee's objective should be about ME, not him.

Also, never, EVER, tell an employer about your own business. Anyone who has run, runs, or wants to run their own business is not ever interested in working for anyone else.

And besides, I don't quite know what this person even does for a living. He is the owner of "Kieth Kimmel Contracting", but WHAT does he contract to do? The 3 lines he gave as a description all look like he is a delivery service and nothing else.

Finally, keep a resume short and sweet. 1 Page is enough. We get about 20 resumes per day, and I speed through each one scanning for keywords that pique my interest. If I see "I care about me, me me, and I I I", it hits the shredder in 2 seconds.

And finally, forget PDF's. Send all email's in plain text only. This is the DIGITAL age. Employers have software to scan for keywords. Paper is dead.
