I don't even know where to start with this story. I can't believe there would be any question about if this was entrapment.
"Chin explains that entrapment involves an officer cajoling and persuading someone who's resistant to the idea of committing a crime. "Just preying on a predisposition is not necessarily entrapment." Ummm, she did ask him to show her his penis right? So in other words she persuaded him to whip it out. Seems like an open/shut case to me. |
