Contact the guy who had the admin passwords. He has your payout history.

add payments.php to the end of the url when logged in.

this link is not shown anywhere by default, if an affiliate program coes not have it then contact the owners and tell them its easy to add just by adding a link to payments.php (the stats page is a good place for this) --- I have done this with a few and have always gotten thank you notes back
