What gives me a chuckle is how you anti paul guys rail on "paultards" being fanatics, and I see the same old guys in every RP thread. Talk about obsessive!

And why can't you guys use any real arguments against RP's positions? I can think of several places where you could attack him and seem somewhat logical. But you probably haven't read any of his speeches or positions. It's easier just to snipe BS and quote fox news or mother jones. You are not enlightened

hey man ron paul for lyfe.

The Ron Paul grazing pasture for hopeless sheep is that way>>>>>>>>>

I have to say... The whole Federal Funding of public works is a bad idea. Like Notoldschool said earlier, The states are not supposed to be equal. They are supposed to be individualized societies and you can pick and choose where you want to live based on what a state has to offer you.

I don't like any of them. Because they are all duplicitous fuckheads with hidden agendas and Ron Paul is no different.

If you think he isn't into some serious bible thumping agenda type shit you're only kidding yourself.

Dr. Paul is far from perfect. I agree with probably only half of what he stands for, yet that is enough for me to give him my vote (no, he's not going to win, but I'd be throwing my vote away on the other candidates anyway - like you said, they all have agendas). Most of his radical positions don't have a chance in Hell of coming to fruition even if he was to become President. Supporters just want to see some type of genuine effort for fundamental change in the bloated bureaucracy that Government has become.

There are things that can be done while in office like stopping the wastage of money on unwinnable wars. It's at least a start.

It's actually comforting seeing anti-Paul websites springing up. It could mean that he is having some type of impact. And maybe it'll get more people investigating and judging for themselves.

See that's what pisses me off. People are just blindly rallying around a guy that has absolutely no chance in hell of winning. You cannot make any changes to anything if you can not even get your foot in the door.

The fervent political energy being put into this is actually pretty admirable but will ultimately be a complete waste. You think just because he isn't going to win atleast you'll make a change right? Well you couldn't be more fucking wrong. Ron Paul tried this shit ten years ago and guess what he changed then? Not one fucking thing. Guess how much this shit will end up changing this go round? My money is on the same result. Nothing.

You people need to shift your attention to a candidate that has a shot in hell and make your voices heard to them. Because this ron paul shit is nothing more than screaming at a brick wall.. Pointless.

I hear you. I have no illusions. But I take the gradualist approach in that "every journy begins with a single step." He's certainly doing better today than he did 10 years ago if financial support and media coverage are indicative.
