yeap spinner/re writer.... they all do the same thing.......replace words/phrases with synonyms ..... any ideas where I could find a free version for WP?

WP-o-Matic its the rss plugin, you can download from the WP site, or you can dowload my package, I added it to the custom WP I included... (take it from there) located in wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic

I havent tested that feature out yet but It has the rewriter built in for rss feeds
