    I am in heaven - best chorizo ever...

    Its amazing.

    I went to a Spnish butcher - I am in Spain - and I saw this thing, it looked moldy and rank.....

    As its Christmas I bought some anyway. I am going to buy the rest and gorge my way through Christmas on good food and wine in the sun.

              I hit the gourmet club at the corte ingles earlier, jamon at 180euros per kilo but fuck me it's tasty. Now to stop the kids making damn sandwiches with it.

                  They had some nice Serano at the butchers as well, dont think it was that expensive though - if I can find fresh figs I really will be in heaven.

                                                                  The gourmet club is almost always located close to the hypermarket at el corte ingles. They have some of the best wines as well. Try Hacienda Monasterio, a bit pricey but worth every good damn cent.
