I give him lots of credit he lost all that weight. Imagine what a long road to lose over 500 lbs and the world still sees you as this fat slob when he probably has the will power of a marine.

While that is alot, you have to factor in something else;
A girl that weighs 120lbs you will see a big difference in if she loses a couple of pounds.
I'm about 240-250lbs and 6'4 (fairly built, I don't look like that guy heh) and if I lost 10lbs you probably wouldn't see it.

I bet this guy could lose 150lbs without looking much different.
