I had an application done that requires ASP. I have some other tools I am working on, and the programmers recommended that as well for those.

Yes. I am aware that some programmers can do it in PHP, or another language, but it comes down to thier choice, or preference level.

I have my hosting with PHAT, but they do not do managed Windows servers. So..

Who does?

I am probably looking at a shared plan right now. As this is a new application, and I do not expect major BW until I start promoting it, and people start using it.
