Ok....what do I do about someone copying my stuff?

Ok....so I find this gallery today with my pics my layout and low & behold, my tags.

My Gallery

Copycat gallery

So tell me, what do I do first?
Contact CuteTeenPics - in case this is the way they do business? (Since there is only that gallery and it links only to them ;-) )
Contact Matrix about a illegally using their pics?
Contact Topbucks? or do I wait for Matrix to contact them?

contact the content provider and see if they wanna check him out for a license for the pics.... other than that... probly not much. Unless you're actually considering a lawsuit over a gallery layout.

I have a license to them.
Since he went through the bother of copying everything (including some of my sponsor codes and my meta tags)
I'm figuring he like the gallery but didn't want to fork out the cash for the set ;-) I could be wrong - but my seventh sense tells me otherwise.

if it is a copy you can ask to have the sponsers give you his paycheck or not to pay him, ask his hosting company to shut him down and ask the people he posted it to not to take submission from him anymore. usually that's more than enough

but if he also has bought licence to the pics you be fucked.

As a matter of fact *dude* I'm not a dude, however, I have a terra.es email....so all those people sending me there (sp) viruii go their and not on my computer.

Funny how you want to point that out though, did I push one of your buttons?

Yassi.....mmm...as a matter of fact - I think they aren't anything to rant and rave about - no reason for the guy to copy - now that we agree on that - what's the point of your comment?

hey trix that gallery rocks and I know you had to have some killer conversions don't let some wanna be's that build their pretty little galleries get ya down. It allways amazes me people want to make money in this biz but they let their ego get to them. What I mean by that is You have wanna be's say HEY look at my pretty gallery while along you and I and a few others know how well OUR galleries do.

I even have clients that WONT listen to me EVEN THOUGH I have built well over 10,000 galleries over the last year. I even work for some TOP noch people. But nope they want to have it their way or no way. Hehe It is amazing good luck and yea That is 100% a copycat ya can also if ya havent done so allready contact his freehosting account.

If you find out who this loser is ya should post all his info on all the boards and embarras the living piss out of him..

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
