At least one attorney that appeared on TV so no. He said the law is that he would have to be three years older and apparently he is not. He said if she were 15 and he was 18 or if she was 14 and he was 17 then it would be a prosecutable case.

The attorney said it is the 3 year age difference that makes the difference on it being legal or illegal and specifically used 14 and 17 as an example. I think he said unless she was under 12 but he may have said 13 then it would be prosecutable no matter the age of the individual.

i believe in some states... not sure ont heirs... but some states... if the girl turns 16 before the guy turns 18 ... and the family agrees of course... its ok by law...
