anyway, i like that insomni site. things in mainstream must be completely dead if you guys are looking for work in porn.

i really like that car in the tunnel video.

what software did they use to create all the different illustrations on that site. i'd like to do some stuff like that but i don't know where to start, it doesnt look like Photoshop, not anything i could make from scratch in Photoshop anyway ..... some 3D program? vector program?
Mixed media? Are some parts of it photographs?

Any pixel pushers out there?

as much as i like that site, it's real derivative of a ton of mainstream sites i see that look almost the same.
everybody just surfs the different design sites and then goes back to their computers and basically does the same thing.

the automobile transmission has become a real design cliche.
i think it's cool but i swear i've seen it at least on 10 sites already.

i do feel pretty inferior when i see sites like that though.

actually, our creative director first started out doing work for adult companies, and i had quite the elaborate adult download section running on my renegade BBS back in the pre-net days.

i was referred to this site by my friend who runs a fairly well known free adult site. he said the people here were really cool and are oftentimes seeking design/dev work.
