Too many of the their sites are crap and have no quality traffic
Good sites once found are too expensive $1 per click
Some good sites have very little traffic so make take many years to see if every converts ....7 clicks a week...
We would love to advertise on quality sites with good traffic ...erotic not porn appealing to the thinking person, woman couples etc

Yeah, that is my problem with that system. I always test traffic before buying a lot, but anything which tests well on that type of system immediately gets the price jacked up to the point where the ROI would be nil. Of course, sites which test badly get the price lowered, but who wants to re-buy something which did badly the first time around?Comment

When dealing with PPC campaigns, you can't read too much into the CTRs. You have to keep in mind that many publishers with sites with decent amounts of traffic will use small ad blocks, and sometimes in not the best positions on the website. I have many publishers that have high traffic sites, but only have a small ad block at the bottom of the page. This will show you a lot of ad displays (impressions) as opposed to your clicks on your ads, which will give you a diluted, super low CTR.
