Unreal Tournament 2003 Will Be In My Hands TODAY !!
Damn, I can't wait. Unreal Tournament 2003 is on a UPS truck right now cruising around the area, waiting to be delivered to my house TODAY
I'd better go get my work done because I'll soon have my hands full for the rest of the week, ha ha ha. I'm amazed though because most places say that it's not supposed to come out until October 1st. It looks like EBgames.com sent them out on Saturday, not figuring that with the games would hit their destinations on Monday because usually weekend shipping days don't count. Did any of you happen to get the game in your area yet ? Anyways, enough rambling on, I've gotta get ready to game, he he he. |

So far it's pretty neat. I like the idea that you can pick your team, then juggle them around when other teams wanna trade with ya. The one thing that sucks is that each player does have their own stats, as far as their skills, but it doesn't keep track of their kills which would be neat to see. Anyways, it's pretty damn good so far, it's a pretty demanding game, system wise. I'll have to do some system upgrades to really enjoy it, he he he. Thanks HQ, that's true though, I help keep the industry going, if there's a game that I want bad enough, I'll go out and buy it, I'm not one for downloading the game, I'd rather have the original AND with me buying it, it'll hopefully help the company to put out another Unreal Tournament down the road |

The UT2003 demo doesn't play well with my graphics card... everything flickers. I hope they can fix all of these bugs. I am pretty sure my radeon 8500 is main stream enough that they will have it fixed at least for it. |

As far as the bugginess of the game, I think that the game needs a good patch for it because I have a Geforce 3 Ti500 card and for me, the game isn't as smooth as it should be. |

Yep, it should be in your local stores today. Well, if you have some good stores, the stores around here suck, so I had to order mine from EbGames.com. I got mine yesterday, but today should be the official release date, so run out and pick it up.

Overall, I think that it's a good game. I don't know if it tops the original Unreal Tournament though, that game just had a nice feeling to it.
With the new game, it feels kinda cluster-fucked, especially the "bombing run" level, it's a neat idea, but your team doesn't do much to help ya out, instead of having the team to be on your side to help ya out, you kinda feel like you're doing it on your own. What the developers need to do is make the AI in the game more so your computer teamates work with you a little better, thinking more like a person helping out would think. |
