For me personally I've always found them to be unsightly and makes the girl trashy-looking...at least the big-assed ones some girls have. If they're done tasteful and understated there are examples of where I've found it okay and at times even sexy.

I think some tats look good, and some look bad. But, in my experience with girls that get tats is that they do it for themselves, not to make themselves more attractive to other people. Originally, tattoos were a symbol of virility and courage in most traditional societies (Maoris, native Americans, African tribes, etc.). My opinion is that I think tattoos are cool on guys and sexy on women. Sure some people get them for attention and if you find those people annoying well you're easy to spot it when you know that person. It's society and the close minded thinking that makes it difficult for a person to express themselves. But that's life because everybody judges the book by the cover at some time or another. I guess that's a reason some people get inked up where nobody will normally see it in public.
Your body is your vessel and you'll probably live until your 60 so fuck it, do whatever you want. Pierce it up, tattoo yourself, even color your hair pink if you want, but have a good time without endangering others. Who gives a shit in the end? Nobody....Comment
