Design + Grow my Affiliate Program .. Spam Me ..
Need a designer or even a Consultant to assist in building/growing my current Affiliate program - it's a t-shirt site....

IMHO, the first thing I would do is redesign your ecommerce to make it a bit more user-friendly (no offense). This is oscommerce right? it's a pain in the ass to customize but kinda worth it. hit me up on ICQ if you could need me
