People are looking for price. It will depend on what you are looking for in material. Some do not have enough for a major purchase, and are looking for a limited number of clips recut. Others are are looking for one niche (i.e. stocking foot love). So their bids are lower that those who are looking for everything.

If that is supposed to be how much on semi exclusive licensing of the material, and you are talking about all of it. Some are looking at just some of the material, and roughly, or ball parking, $100 per set/clip.

I am entertaining both offers. But I am only looking for 1 or 2 people to work out content deals with. Single use, no resell rights.

If you have an alternate offer, you can submit it. My business partner and myself will look it over once we get everyone's offer.
