    Ever have those dreams...

Where you are in either an uncomfortable situation or something downright frightfull. Then you wake up and everything seems normal and then goes to hell and you wake up again cause you never woke up the first time yet you do different actions this time and it goes to hell and you wake up yet again and this goes on for awhile until you eventually really wake up? Yet when you do you are not really 100% sure you are awake for real this time cause every other time everything seemed so real, down to what was in the room even if you were in a strange or new room.

Damn shit is worse than sleep paralysis and I think it may in some way be connected since everything is so life like and vivid not to mention the details.

I guess they call it a dream within a dream, I very rarely get these type of dreams and they are always nightmares, just not with as many sequences as u

That's quite a cinematic dream I gotta say... you should check with a Jungian psychiatrist.

sometimes they call it as double dreaming (you dreamed that you are dreaming), which leads to sleep paralysis.

That happened to me before, twice. But glad that it didn't happen again.

This happens to you because you are putting too much preasure on Carotid Artery, so your brain has a lack of blood. This has happened to me in past. It's the final time to go get an ergonomic pillow.

try to get a neck massage at least twice a week, buy yourself a good ergonomic chair, corrective shoulder brace (like the one on the pic) and try to keep your neck as relaxed as possible.

good ventilation (airing) and usage of bio-ionizers also helps oxygenation.

i had certain periods when i was unable to wake up for 5-10 minutes, a condition very similar to coma, and it was quite frightening. since i applied all those steps, never happened again.

yes, I had a dream inside a dream when I was really sick. I was trying to wake up, but each time I woke up, something revealed the fact that I just woke up from a dream inside a dream and not really into the real reality.

My wife can wake up to roll over and groggily check the time, then continue her dream once she's asleep again. That freaks me out.

She also karate chopped me (in her sleep!!!) when I placed my hand on her stomach because she was breathing loudly then suddenly stopped. No darling, I wasn't trying to touch your boobs, I was checking you were still alive.
