John,
I used UltraDNS once and you guys raped me with DNS overages. You beat me like a rented mule for months since I was in a 12 month contract. I even stopped using you guys after 6 months and you STILL kept saying I was getting overages. So unless you guys now offer unlimited DNS queries (at your base pricing levels you should) I would not be interested in using a company like yours. Plus you guys have had some nasty downtime (so that doens't say much for your redundancy). |
