Is anyone else using FPC traffic?

Would like to know if anyone has been paid through them and what type of success you are having etc.

2 cents a click for second page clicks is tough, what kind of conversions are other people getting. I'm seeing between 15-20%.

How can you earn more than $3/1k?

Define quality, is that simply looking at a geographic region?
