Federal Judge Keeps Joe Francis From Phoenix Forum

RENO, Nev. ? A federal judge has denied a motion by lawyers for "Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis requesting that Francis be allowed to attend the Phoenix Forum this week.
"It doesn't appear to the court that the trip has a valid business purpose," U.S. Magistrate Robert McQuaid said.

"Girls Gone Wild" is a co-sponsor of the Phoenix Forum.

Francis has been restricted to traveling between Southern California and Reno since March 10. In his ruling issued Monday, however, McQuaid extended Francis' ability to travel to include San Francisco, so he can confer with his tax attorneys.

Francis' trial on tax evasion charges is set for August.

I never followed much of his stupid ass drama aside from a few blurbs on the news.

Can someone tell me has he ever been brought up on charges where he willingly shot a minor knowing they were underage?

Was there charges because he shot something in public and the person happened to be a minor?

Did he shoot private scenes that had sexual activity with a minor, if so was no ID (fake or real) presented?

It?s a shame that the american people continue to allow hypocritical judges and politicians to run totally rampant and unchecked like this. I have always felt that this guy?s story embodies what I mean when I say enough is enough?.. I mean seriously? do people ever tire of obvious bullying and shakedowns by the same politicians who will likely be exposed for some infidelity, crime or unexplainable oversight in the future?
It seriously bothers me that the united states legal system is in such shambles?.
