How easy or difficult for a court to appoint a domain to a corp. (3 random letter domain) what do they base their decisions on? Any info would be great to hear.
It's very easy to lose it if it even 'looks' like a trademark infringement. Three letters though, I'm not too sure. That might be a little easier to hang on to. Maybe someone with actual experience in this will answer... bump. ;)
very very easy .................................................
Than wouldn't many just create useless corporations just to fight for some domain name? I mean three random letters could be anything unless it's a word eg. eye, ear.
What if 2/3 letters are your initials. Does that make it easier to keep?
