It was funny. She walked out of the dressing room and was beaming.
She stepped up onto the stage and I went up to get a closer look. She said, "I am going to cry."
I looked over to the side and there were 5 or 6 women with their daughters crying. One came up with a box of tissues. My daughter took a couple but I waved her off, saying, "I'm tough."

That is not always the case...conversely, I have known and seen parents that are fuck ups, and the kids still turned out okay.

My daughter is only 10 months old, so unless we move to somewhere like Armenia, I think it will be at least 17 year's away before she even thinks of getting hitched. And by then probably marriage will be outdated as a concept anyway.Comment
