3. The bike did not belong to him fully at that stage, and after our money disappeared, and he was unconctactable I retrieved my bike which was outside your Mother's property.

First: You need to find out everything you can about the guy. Where he lives, who hes dating, where he eats, goes to church, etc.
Then: Get to know the people in his 'circle'. Get into his circle and let him know your there. Then you can fuck with him all the time by telling his people what a fuck he is and how he broke into your moms place! You know what they say, keep your friends close but your enemies closer...lol.
