A "tool" to see who has blocked you on MSN...thing is it requires your login info rofl...I didn't use it just incase :P

I am not clicking it but more likely someone asking for your login info is scam. There sure are tools to tell if someone has blocked you or not, but I didn't saw any asking to login.

Try some web based tool instead.
