How is a coffee shop gonna know,who is uploading and downloading what? Its amazing how our government has so little knowledge on how the net works.

How many home users know how to secure their WiFi properly? There is about 15 unsecured ones within range of where I am setting.

....and certain obscene visual depictions including a "drawing, cartoon, sculpture, or painting." (Yes, that covers the subset of anime called hentai).

I see they are trying to sneek this one through again.

Did anyone catch the link for the Read The Bills Act that would impose penalties on politicians that don't read the act before they vote.
