Do you know in the US there are special drivers license tests for illiterate people, people who cannot read or write are given special tests which allow them to pass and not have to read or write, but they can drive a car!

cars, guns - same thing - the test to get a gun is,... well there isnt one!

So you know what type of people are carying em,... ones who cant read and write too!
